  1. How to raise a ticket

  3. UTD-Hosting's primary method of support is via our ticket system. To raise

  4.  a new ticket, follow the following steps:

  5. 

  6.  Log in to the control panel

  7.  Click on 'Tickets' in the main menu, or 'View or raise tickets' in the 

  8.   sidebar

  9.  At the bottom of the tickets page, enter a subject and message

  10.  Press the 'Raise new ticket' button

  11.  Your ticket has been raised, and it will now be displayed

  12.

  14.  If you have problems raising a ticket, you can contact UTD-Hosting support

  15.  by e-mail.
