Update copyright.

Rename custom jar and test tasks in plugins.

IDEA gets super confused when you take a jar task and make it not a jar task.
These are only really used when running from CI (running `./gradlew jar` in
meta will still trigger all of the `:plugin:XXX:jar` tasks), so the names don't
matter.

Update dependencies.

(Depends on MBassador version bump in core)

Accessing 'repo' is bad practice and disabled in newer artifactory
versions (like the one we just deployed). Rely on releases instead.

Also, the identd plugin was depending on the wrong parser, and

Use EventBus interface.

This is an implementation detail, and it doesn't make sense to
expose it in an interface for everyone to access. The only use
of it outside of the config system is in debug displays.

This is just an IntelliJ refactor, using EventBus in place of
DMDircMBassador whenever possible.

Fix swing_ui after query change.

Explicitly pass event bus in to a few places.

Use PrivateChat not Query in contactlist.
