In theory the Setup.exe will now compile in delphi on windows aswell (altho in practice this is still a PITA) Add missing license header to launcher.dpr Windows Launchers also have the ComCtl v6 dependancy, and the vista native dialogs (and the version has been bumped up 1) hace 16 años

nbproject Add default junit paths to project.properties, as having them in default.properties doesn't seem to work (and I can't really see a point in having a separate properties file for them) hace 16 años
