In theory the Setup.exe will now compile in delphi on windows aswell (altho in practice this is still a PITA) Add missing license header to launcher.dpr Windows Launchers also have the ComCtl v6 dependancy, and the vista native dialogs (and the version has been bumped up 1) vor 16 Jahren
