Disable the security manager.

This is causing weird shit™ to happen when plugins create new
AutoCommands - without running inside a doPrivileged block,
the manager hits a security exception trying to subscribe
it to the eventbus (which uses reflection).

Need to implement this properly and then re-enable.

Further work on the AutoCommandManager.

Add list support to configbinder.

Remove old colouring property.

Use UserManager in GroupChatManager.

Move WhoisNumericFormatter somewhere sane.

Tidy up CoreAboutDialogModel Test

Remove old notification code.

Not sure why they're still in two places...

Drop the /notify command, as manually setting it doesn't make
sense in a post-actions world.

Drop the action component because they're now useless.

Stop USM firing events when there are no changes

Add managers to cache User + GroupChatUser.

Add getter for USM.

More work on the UnreadStatusManager.

Should probably improve this to only raise an event when the
values change, but will do for now.

Document and fix Channel.getDefault

Add an injectable wrapper around System.

Not 100% sure this is a good idea though.

Add getAwayState to User.

Add mode querying to Connection.

Add kick to GroupChat + udpate NickCommand.

More GroupChatUser changes.
