Switch topics over to events, fix lots of bugs in the events.

We rely fairly heavily on events being ordered consistently, seems
like this is the only way to ensure that.

Pass in date to all channel events.

Go go gadget new event formatter.

Everything handled by the event formatter is now soley done
based on that.

Remove uses of parser objectgs in processnotificationargs.

Add a convenience method to get mode + nickname.

Use this in the new formatter to avoid having object hashcodes
all over the damn place.

Flip some string comparisons.

Decouple Server from ServerManager/WindowManager.

Make these add the new window to the WindowManager, and post the
relevant event.

SM now listens to frame closing events, so Server doesn't need
to hold on to a reference and inform it that it's closing.

Make unread colours user-specified.

Add defaults for the old colours instead of horrible lime green.

Set memory limit in circle config.

Add support for tables.  Please do not use yet.
