Add highlights to CoreProfilesDialogModel.

Make CTCPs use the new formatter.

"Fix" some compile time warnings.

Make HighlightManager add alternate strings.

Fix tooltips showing up everywhere.

We no longer need to be consistent with the odd casing/naming
of actions.

Add new formatter entries for channel mode changes.

Add highlight strings to profiles.

These are highlight strings other than the current nickname that
the user wishes to highlight on (e.g. their real name, or 'D*').

Make Profile use AutoValue.

Tidyup the topic format.
