Can't register it separately for each test, as it'll just end up
using the first one. And the API doesn't let you remove factories :(

Remove some bits of PerformWrapper.

Don't inject it into plugins (it's not used in constructors), don't
give it to the ActionManager (it'll be empty), and don't do any
special handling.

Deprecate it in favour of auto commands.

These will get migrated to proper aliases, and we already ship these
as defaults for proper aliases.

Copy DMDirc jars into dist.

This copies the build/libs/client-<version>.jar jar into
dist/DMDirc.jar.

The updater code is horrid. In most cases I've just bailed out by
converting to a file.

The project in META is a lot more stable and useful.

- Remove allprojects block, as there's now only 1 project.
- Reduce cache time for dynamic artifacts in line with plugins.
