Things built with 1.2.1 compiler won't run with the runtime library
from 1.2.0, so we need to ensure releases remain consistent.

Add a deprecated method to the SwingController/Manager to avoid having

The way we include dependencies/build the classpath means dagger ends
up on the path twice, which causes problems.

Will have to do this when the build process isn't horrifically horrible.
