Stop swimming against the tide and accept what most of the rest of
the world does.
While it adds an annoying depth to the actual source code, it makes
the root directory nicer (no more 'test-res' dirs), means we don't
have to override the gradle config, and makes it nicer to work in
IDEA 2016.1.
Also in this change ditch the resource manager for working out
the current working directory, the JVM provides this for us
(user.dir), much less can go wrong with this.

Fully initialise the PluginManager instead of passing around
one in various states of existance.
Move plugin extraction logic into a CorePluginExtractor class.
Inject UpdateManager where appropriate.

Don't ask Main for the config directory.
Remove getMain() from Main.
Everything that needs a main now either gets given it, or asks something else.
Unfortunately, a few more dependencies on the static IdentityManager.getIdentityManager()
were introduced, but they can be tackled separately.
Fix unit tests for the above.

UpdateCopyright.sh now ignores .git aswell as .svn
UpdateCopyright.sh now excludes Binary Files from being matched during the initial search, rather than as an afterthought.

getURI takes a string as an address and returns a URI.
- This calls new URI(<address>) and checks to see if the resulting port is "-1" (ie, passed port was +foo or noport given), if so it tries to work out the port itself.

Add -k/--check command line param. Exits with 0 or 1 if an existing dmdirc instance was found via RMI. (0 == Found)
Windows uninstaller now asks if the user wants to continue rather than just doing it
Windows uninstaller now uses the return value of DMDirc.jar -k to check if DMDirc is running before trying to uninstall.
Fixes issue 441.

Fiddled with the way CommandLineParser works, so it can output an error message if -e is specified and it can't connect as soon as it parses -e, rather than miles down the line when it happens to be used
