UpdateCopyright.sh now works out the year automatically.
UpdateCopyright.sh now ignores .git aswell as .svn
UpdateCopyright.sh now excludes Binary Files from being matched during the initial search, rather than as an afterthought.

Defaults are now versioned by git. Fixes issue 2360.
Version now treats numeric versions as older than git versions.
Build process now versions defaults and records the bundled version number
Identity manager now forces an extraction if the bundled version is newer
Update changes - components can now be marked as requiring a client restart, and client updates show a message box with manual instructions if the user isn't using a launcher
Added fallback for command/silent chars in CommandManager
IdentityManager now extracts modealiases and default settings if they don't exist
Fixed ModeAliasesComponent not deleting its temporary files

To add a callback now, use: myIRCParser.getCallbackManager().addCallback("OnDebugInfo", this[, "#channel"])
(the channel parameter is taken only by Channel callbacks - excluding ChannelSelfJoin)
