Our API shouldn't depend on MBassador. Extract a simple interface
to break the dependency.

Stop swimming against the tide and accept what most of the rest of
the world does.

While it adds an annoying depth to the actual source code, it makes
the root directory nicer (no more 'test-res' dirs), means we don't
have to override the gradle config, and makes it nicer to work in
IDEA 2016.1.

Also make event bus errors have a better message.

Closes #627

This release contains some performance improvements compared
to the version we were using.

Error handlers are now passed in at construction time, so
there was a small bit of refactoring required.

This keeps happening, and I don't know why we try to unwrap twice.
Probably only makes sense for certain exception types...

We rely fairly heavily on events being ordered consistently, seems
like this is the only way to ensure that.

Changes to handle MBassador upgrade.

UpdateCopyright.sh now works out the year automatically.
UpdateCopyright.sh now ignores .git aswell as .svn
UpdateCopyright.sh now excludes Binary Files from being matched during the initial search, rather than as an afterthought.
