The styliser needs an interface extracting into the API, and
we don't really want huge static methods defined on that.

This allows running DMDirc from IDEA, which seems useful.

Running a normal build just replaces the file in the build output.

At present anything requesting the global config has to depend on
ClientModule, which won't necessarily be exposed through the API.

Move @GlobalConfig, @AddonConfig and @UserConfig to top level
classes in API, and provide both versions of them for now.

Mockito now errors if a mock is unnecessary, plus a few other minor
API changes.

Some other minor tidying to Styliser.

Rename the private implementation to ConfigBinderImpl, and
make ConfigBinder itself an interface.

This shouldn't be exposed. Internal classes switch to using
the full class rather than the interface, so they can carry
on accessing the removed methods.

This is just an IntelliJ refactor, using EventBus in place of
DMDircMBassador whenever possible.

Our API shouldn't depend on MBassador. Extract a simple interface
to break the dependency.

This is for the interfaces/trivial implementation classes that
DMDirc plugins can interact with. Eventually plugins will build
against the API instead of the DMDirc client itself, which will
allow for remote/detachable clients (amongst other things).

Issue #76

If the user doesn't specify a port, allow the parser implementation
to figure it out for itself. This allows for things like SRV lookups,
or different default ports per protocol.

For some reason this was only exposed through the WindowManager
listeners.

NoClassDefFoundError only takes a message (no source). Try
throwable-only and message-only ctors in addition to the
two-arg ctors.

It doesn't make sense to have a public method in Connection to
muddle around with how queries are tracked, nor for queries to
tell servers when they change (creating a dependency loop).

Instead, have the ServerEventHandler tell Server.

Stop swimming against the tide and accept what most of the rest of
the world does.

While it adds an annoying depth to the actual source code, it makes
the root directory nicer (no more 'test-res' dirs), means we don't
have to override the gradle config, and makes it nicer to work in
IDEA 2016.1.

Events aren't unread and shouldn't affect the display colour of
a window if they're hidden.

Closes #669.

Fix ordering of highlighted messages. #669.

Instead of wrapping the source event and modifying it, they are
now proper events that are displayed themselves (and the original
message is suppressed).

This allows highlights to be formatted differently.

If a channel is parted for any reason other than a disconnect
(e.g. a local /part, or a remote part/kick) then the channel
shouldn't be rejoined on reconnection.

These are all present in res/, so there's no need for them
to be in src/. I think we just forgot to delete them after
switching to proper resource dirs.

Fix the some copy and paste errors.
Add to the updater module.
