Issue #750

This is just an IntelliJ refactor, using EventBus in place of
DMDircMBassador whenever possible.

Stop swimming against the tide and accept what most of the rest of
the world does.

While it adds an annoying depth to the actual source code, it makes
the root directory nicer (no more 'test-res' dirs), means we don't
have to override the gradle config, and makes it nicer to work in
IDEA 2016.1.

(This depends on a plugins change)

This adds a sendLine method to Connection, which is a bit icky,
but is useful when the end-user is supplying lines to pass
directly to the underlying connection.

Returning null is bad.

Anywhere that doesn't just work with a Connection, cast back to a Server for
now. These can be tidied up later.

Don't ask Main for the config directory.
Remove getMain() from Main.
Everything that needs a main now either gets given it, or asks something else.
Unfortunately, a few more dependencies on the static IdentityManager.getIdentityManager()
were introduced, but they can be tackled separately.
Fix unit tests for the above.

UpdateCopyright.sh now works out the year automatically.
UpdateCopyright.sh now ignores .git aswell as .svn
UpdateCopyright.sh now excludes Binary Files from being matched during the initial search, rather than as an afterthought.
